If you’ve been researching Write Your Way to Freedom recently, you may have noticed a few things look different.
During the last few months of 2025, Sarah Turner announced some pretty major changes to how the program is structured, how much it costs, and what you actually get when you join. If you've ever considered signing up, it's important to understand what’s included now (and what’s not).
I’ve been inside the program and community, and watching these shifts happen in real time. This post walks you through the most up-to-date info available so you can make a confident decision about whether this version of WYWTF is right for you.

NOTE: I do my best to keep this fully updated, but click here to view Sarah's sales page and confirm everything.
In this article, you’ll learn:
What’s changed in Write Your Way to Freedom in 2026
What you get (and don’t get) when you enroll now
Where to find more info on pricing, reviews, and student results
Let’s start with a quick overview of what’s different now compared to past years.
What’s Different About Write Your Way to Freedom in 2026
If you’ve read older reviews or social media posts about Write Your Way to Freedom, you might be surprised by how different the program looks in 2026. The biggest changes? It’s easier to join, much more affordable, and entirely self-paced.
Below is a quick summary of what’s changed:
1. The WYWTF Price Has Dropped, a Lot
This is one of the most dramatic updates: the full price is now $1,997 or 12 monthly payments of $199.(Previously, the program was priced around $5,800.)
2. No Application or Sales Call Required
In the past, you had to fill out an application and schedule a call before you could join. That’s no longer the case. You can now purchase access directly, with no sales call or interview required.
3. How to Access the Current WYWTF Course
There’s no general sales page or public checkout because Sarah isn’t currently promoting the course. At the time of writing this, enrollment is only available through affiliate links, like this one. You can click that link to see the most up-to-date information and testimonials for Sarah Turner’s WYWTF.
These changes, especially the pricepoint, mean Write Your Way to Freedom is more accessible and affordable for people wanting to learn copywriting. But you also need to understand the important differences in what’s included before you enroll.
What You Get (And Don’t Get) When You Enroll in WYWTF
This is the most important update to understand:
Write Your Way to Freedom in 2026 is a self-paced program with lifetime access to recorded content only.
That means when you join now, for the far lower price, you’re getting the comprehensive training library, recorded Q&A calls, and recorded bonus training calls — but you’re not getting live coaching or access to a community as part of your enrollment.
Here’s a breakdown of exactly what you do get:
✅ Lifetime access to all recorded WYWTF content
As soon as you enroll, you have access to all of the recorded modules and lessons that others have used to launch their copywriting careers. There’s no expiration date or delayed access schedule, so you can move at your own pace, whether it’s “turtle speed” or fast.
✅ The full core course
8 training modules that walk you through the process
59+ lessons on copywriting, mindset, and building a freelance business
53+ workbooks and swipe files
✅ Bonus #1: 300+ recorded Q&A calls with Sarah Turner
Replays from past student Q&A sessions with Sarah. These are great for troubleshooting, clarity, and learning from other students’ journeys. You’ll hear real-life client situations similar to what you’ll encounter, and Sarah’s expert advice.
✅ Bonus #2: 43 expert coaching call replays
Previously held live coaching sessions are now available as recordings. These calls go deeper on mindset, sales, pricing, and client strategy. You’ll get to hear students’ questions and the coach’s answers, bringing you clarity on your own questions.
But to be totally clear, because transparency is very important to me… here’s what you don’t get when you join in 2026:
✖️ No access to the WYWTF community
There’s currently no community space included with the course at this pricepoint.
✖️ No live Q&A calls
You’ll have 300+ recorded Q&A calls, covering nearly every topic imaginable, but you won’t have access to any of the future Q&A calls with Sarah.
✖️ No group coaching or direct feedback
At this lower pricepoint, you don’t get live coaching calls or direct feedback on your work.
If you’re a self-motivated learner who can take the information and take action without hand-holding, this version of the program still offers legit value. You’re getting a full roadmap and library that’s helped over 6,000 students launch freelance copywriting businesses.

Is WYWTF Still Worth It Without the Live Support?
This is the big question — and it honestly depends on how you learn and how self-directed you are.
If you were interested in Write Your Way to Freedom because of the community support, weekly coaching, or the ability to ask Sarah questions in real time, the current version won’t provide you that. As of early 2026, there’s no live element included in the self-paced, course-only version of Write Your Way to Freedom, and no upsell into it that I know of. (This could change later. More on this below.)
That said, the recorded content alone is still incredibly valuable and comprehensive. The pricepoint also makes it far more enticing.
Here’s who the 2026 version of Write Your Way to Freedom is great for:
You’re self-directed and don’t need frequent check-ins or hand-holding
You prefer to go at your own pace with zero guilt when life has speedbumps
You’d rather pay less to get access to the proven roadmap instead of paying for proximity to coaches
You want lifetime access to a proven freelance copywriting program
Remember: the course still includes over 300 replays of Q&A calls and 43 expert coaching calls. You can binge-watch real student conversations and learn from their wins, questions, and stuck points. I guarantee you'll have some of the same questions. You can listen to Sarah's answers and apply them to your own situation.
If you’re okay working independently and don’t mind not being part of a big group, this version of Write Your Way to Freedom offers significant value — especially since it’s less than half the previous price.
Next, we’ll talk about what might change in the future, and if access to the community or coaching could ever come back.
Will the WYWTF Community or Coaching Ever Return?
Right now, when you join Write Your Way to Freedom, you get lifetime access to recorded content only, not live Q&As, the group, or coaching calls.
So... will that ever change? Could you get access later if you decide you wanted to?
The short answer is: maybe.
This is something I can’t guarantee or even advise on because WYWTF is not my business.
As of early 2026, Sarah hasn’t made any announcements about offering a live support tier again. (At least not that I’ve heard, and I searched the community Q&As.) Based on how the program has evolved, it’s possible that community access or coaching calls could be offered as an upgrade or separate membership in the future. But if that happens, it would likely be an additional offer, not automatically included in your current purchase.
So if you’re thinking about joining now, it’s important to treat this as a standalone, self-paced course with no live interaction — and be 100% okay with that.
If you’re ready to dive into the roadmap, templates, replays, and modules that have helped thousands of other students, this version of the course can still help you learn copywriting and start a business.
Why the 2026 Changes Might Actually Be an Advantage
Total transparency here… I pulled WAY back on promoting Write Your Way to Freedom when the price jumped to $5,800 back in 2023.
At that time, I was still active in the WYWTF community and I saw too many people who had put the course on a credit card or signed up for the extended payment plan… but then struggled (hard) to make the monthly payments. In reality, they couldn’t afford the course.
It created a lot of pressure and financial stress, which led to desperation because students HAD to make it work, yesterday. And that just didn’t sit right with me. I’m a firm believer in financial stability. My personal beliefs around money and financial security made it feel unethical to promote.
And just to be clear: it wasn’t a scam.
Sarah and her team were offering a ton of value for that price, including two live coaching calls per week, weekly Q&As, editing support, and a very active community.
It’s not that it wasn’t worth $5,800. But still... I cringed when I heard people say they had spent their last dollars hoping the course would be a miracle solution.
And here’s something else I observed: having all that live support didn’t seem to always help new copywriters.
In fact, it sometimes became a distraction.
Most new students already had full-time jobs, kids, or both. When you only have 5 to 10 hours a week to build your business, it’s tempting to spend that time attending calls instead of taking action and doing the fundamentals. I saw so many people getting stuck in “productive procrastination”. They felt like they were doing the work by showing up to calls, but they weren’t actually applying the course content or pitching clients.
So, this course-only version actually takes away these potential distractions. You’ll have the content and the roadmap. It’s your job to learn, take action, and build your business.
You won’t be tempted to sit through calls instead of pitching clients or sending proposals… which are the scary tasks that ACTUALLY make your business grow. (They get less scary over time, but be prepared to sweat when you send a copywriting proposal to someone you really want to work with!)
Final Thoughts on WYWTF + What to Do Next
To recap, here’s what’s new with Write Your Way to Freedom in 2026:
No more application or sales call — you can join instantly
Price has dropped significantly to $1,997 or $199/month for 12 months
You get lifetime access to content only. Live elements aren’t included.
This version of WYWTF is much closer to what I purchased in early 2021. The content was the bulk of what helped me start my business, although I did have access to the community & Q&A calls, but there were no additional coaching calls when I joined.
If you’re someone who prefers to learn independently, work at your own pace, and take action without waiting on group feedback — Write Your Way to Freedom still delivers a tried and true roadmap for building a freelance writing business.
