Questions Clinicians ask About AI Visibility

What is AI visibility for a healthcare business, anyway?

AI visibility (or GEO, or AIO) is whether the AI platforms know enough about what you do, who you serve and how you operate to mention your business to the right people during conversations. How often you're mentioned also depends on whether the bots consider you a trustworthy source.

There's significant overlap with traditional (well done) SEO. The bots read your pages and look for keywords, meaning, and consistency. There are ways to improve the outcomes, but always keep the humans you're trying to reach at the front of your mind. Just like SEO, being honest, accurate, clear, and helpful will improve your visibility online.

I'm slammed right now. Should I wait until things calm down?

Only you know the full answer to that, but in my experience, there isn't a calm month. Something else will always be happening in life and business. Your report doesn't expire. Spend your 30 days on the quick wins and work the rest of the plan when your schedule lightens up. What does change while you wait is that someone else is building the content AI recommends, and that traction compounds in their favor.

What if I don't write blogs regularly, will this still help me?

Yes. The audit will likely recommend blogs, but if you know there is no way you'll blog, we can take that into consideration. Even creating some pillar pages instead of monthly blogs will help you. Some people arrive with years of posts and some arrive with a standard 5-page website. The evaluation meets you where you are, which is the point of assessing before treating.

Won't SEO, GEO, and AI visibility all change again in six months?

Nobody really knows 100% how SEO/GEO/AI Visibility works. It's designed that way to try to prevent people from simply gaming the system instead of focusing on creating useful content. While the "hot tips" may change from week to week, the thing that doesn't change is that clear, helpful, well-built content lasts. Think of it like a fad diet (SEO tricks) vs a consistent healthy diet and exercise (human-focused, well structured content).

I'm not good with tech. Will the AI Visibility report be over my head?
